Individual Therapy

Everybody can loose their way at some time in their life.

Mostly we manage to get through our difficulties well enough..

Unfortunately sometimes you can find yourself really struggling, particularly with the loss of a relationship or when our sense of security is affected.

Perhaps things are out of balance and what is putting life out of balance is not always clear and has now manifested in your experience unannounced.

Perhaps you have been dealing with something for too long now.

It may be time to work on these issues with professional help.

Couples Therapy

Relationships are important and when healthy can bring a deeply meaningful and enhancing experience to our lives.

At times unhealthy dynamics can develop and leave couples feeling hurt and isolated. Their needs are not understood, acknowledged or accepted in the relationship. Unrelational interactions can result and a distance and resentments may grow between each partner.

Sometimes the couple repeatedly experience the issues but are unable to understand what is happening or how to resolve the problem. which can repeat for many years.

Through the therapeutic process a deeper understanding of each other can develop and a greater acknowledment of the partner you are with, the history you both bring to the complex relational dynamics and each individual partners contribution to the issues.

With deeper understanding comes a deepening relational connection and a developing emotional intimacy.

For those who's relationship is ending we attempt to go through the therapeutic process of consciously de-coupling with a view to greater understanding, and reducing the emotional suffering that lingers after a breakup.

Conor works collaboratively with all his clients and attempts to meet them where they specifically find themselves.

With all healing journey's the more a client engages in the process the better the results will be.

We look after our body when not well, and we need to think about our emotional and psychological health in the same way with visits to our mental health professional at periods of life when we are struggling emotionally or psychologically.

Fremantle Psychotherapy is also an LGBTQIA friendly service.
